1.1. Local Data (Hive)

InnerStream is primarily a local-first application. Your preferences, affirmation packs, created sessions, and statistics are stored locally on your device using Hive database technology. We do not have direct access to this data.

1.2. AI Features (Google Gemini)

Our app uses Google Gemini API to generate personalized affirmations.

• What is sent: When you use the “Neuro-Generator,” the text prompt you enter and your selected language are sent to Google’s servers for processing.
• No Retention: We do not store your prompts on our servers. Google processes this data according to their AI Principles and Privacy Policy.

1.3. User Files and Media

The app requires access to your device’s photo gallery and media library to allow you to import custom video backgrounds and audio tracks.

• These files remain on your device.
• We do not upload your personal photos or videos to any cloud server.

1.4. Analytics and Crash Logs

We use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics (by Google) to improve app stability.

• This collects anonymous data such as crash reports, device model, and OS version.
• This data does not identify you personally.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions.

• Transactions are processed by Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS).
• We do not store your credit card information.
• RevenueCat may receive an anonymous app-user-ID to validate your premium status.

3. Permissions

To function correctly, the app requests the following permissions:

• Storage/Photos: To import background videos and music.
• Notifications: To send daily reminders (scheduled locally).

4. Children’s Privacy

InnerStream is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
