Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the InnerStream mobile application.

1. Medical Disclaimer

InnerStream is NOT a medical device. The content provided by this app (including affirmations, binaural beats, and meditation sessions) is for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only.

• It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or mental health condition.
• If you have a history of mental health issues, please consult a healthcare professional before using this app.

2. Photosensitive Seizure Warning (Epilepsy)

READ BEFORE USE: A very small percentage of people may experience a seizure when exposed to certain visual images, including flashing lights or patterns that may appear in the “Stream” mode of this app.

• If you have a history of epilepsy or seizures, consult a doctor before using the visual affirmation features.
• IMMEDIATELY STOP using the app and consult a doctor if you experience any dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitches, loss of awareness, disorientation, or convulsions.

3. AI Generated Content

Some content in this app is generated by Artificial Intelligence (Google Gemini). While we strive for safety, AI may occasionally generate incorrect or generic responses. You use the AI generator at your own discretion.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any video or audio files you import into the app from your device. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use such content.

5. Subscriptions

• InnerStream offers a “Premium” subscription that unlocks unlimited AI generations and full library access.
• Payment will be charged to your Google Play or Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your account settings on the App Store or Google Play.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall InnerStream or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.
