Privacy Policy for BalanceHub

Last Updated: November 2025

Welcome to BalanceHub (“we”, “our”, “us”, or “the App”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and providing full transparency regarding how your information is handled. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how it is used, and the choices you have regarding your information.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Personal Data

BalanceHub does not require an account, registration, or personal identification. The App does not collect your name, email address, phone number, physical address, or any other directly identifiable personal information as a condition of use.

The only case in which we may receive personal data is when you voluntarily contact us (for example, by email). In that case, we may receive your email address and any information you include in your message.

1.2 Health & Wellness Data (Stored Locally Only)

BalanceHub allows you to record and track wellness-related indicators, which may include:

All such data is stored locally on your device only, using secure local storage technologies (such as Hive in the app). We do not upload, transfer, or store this data on our own servers. We do not sell or share your wellness data.

1.3 Financial Data (Stored Locally Only)

You may use BalanceHub to manage personal budgets and expenses. This may include:

This financial information is also stored locally on your device only. It is not transmitted to our servers or any third party by default.

1.4 Usage Data (Non-Personal)

To improve stability and performance, the App may collect anonymized technical and usage information, such as:

This information does not directly identify you as an individual. It is used only to maintain and improve the functioning of the App.

1.5 AI Chat Messages (Sent to API)

When you use the AI Chat feature inside BalanceHub, the text of your message is transmitted securely to our AI processing endpoint:

https://cool-band-ec78.pogozhevv.workers.dev

This endpoint forwards your request to an AI model provider in order to generate a response and then returns the answer to the App.

We do not use your chat messages to identify you. We do not sell or rent any chat data. We do not use chat content for our own model training. Your messages are processed only for the purpose of generating a response.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

BalanceHub does not share your locally stored wellness or finance data with third parties.

The App may integrate third-party services for:

These third-party providers operate under their own privacy policies and receive only the minimum amount of data required to perform their services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any such providers if you wish to learn more about how they handle data.

4. Data Retention

Our data retention practices are as follows:

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. You use the App at your own discretion and risk.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights under data protection laws such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including:

Because most data in BalanceHub is stored locally on your device, you can remove all such data by deleting it via the App’s interface (if available), clearing the app’s storage, or uninstalling the App.

If you contacted us directly and wish to exercise any of these rights related to that communication, please contact us using the details in the Contact Us section below.

7. Children’s Privacy

BalanceHub is not intended for children under 13 years of age (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal data from a child without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete such information as soon as reasonably possible.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, legal requirements, or privacy practices. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
